AIRCONDITIONING & HEATING
Your room has individual airconditioning & heating. You will find the “temperature control system” within your room as well as a user guide. We recommend you to keep the setting on position “automatic” and the turning switch on zero to create a pleasant temperature of 21°C. After activating the thermostat, it can take a few minutes for it to respond.
ANIMALS
Small domestic pets are allowed in the hotel, at a charge of € 25.00 per day per pet. We request that all pets are kept on a leash whilst in the public areas of the hotel as well as when your room is being serviced. For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the restaurant, bar and terrace, nor in the Health Club.
BATHROBE
A bathrobe is a standard in each room. The bathrobe is for use at the hotel only. Please contact Housekeeping (Ext. 3323) should you wish to purchase a bathrobe.
CAR PARK
There are 170 car parking spaces at the hotel. Whilst the car park is monitored by high definition close circuit television cameras, the hotel cannot be held responsible for damage or theft to/from/of a vehicle. Therefore, we recommend that the car is locked and all your valuables are out of sight. The rate is published at the entrance of the car park.
CHILDREN
Children under 18 years, sharing their parents' room are accommodated free of charge (existing bedding). Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at any time in the hotel's premises, in the Health Club and elevators.
CLUB LOUNGE
The 6th floor Club Lounge, the "Sky Lounge", accessible to our Club Rooms and Suites guests, is a heaven of tranquility and comfort with spectacular views of the hotel gardens.The Sky Lounge is open daily from 06:30 to 24:00 and offers a wide selection of beverages in the private bar to be enjoyed in the lounge. Weekdays the Sky Lounge offers a luxurious continental breakfast, served from 06:30 to 10:00, as well as a selection of canapés from 17:00 to 19:00.
CONFERENCE FACILITIES
950 m2 of meeting space divided among 17 function rooms, all with natural daylight. Boardrooms with stunning views of the park. Our terrace offers our meeting guests relaxing breaks enjoying the peaceful garden. Ask for our special meeting packages or forward us your very own requirements. We will be glad to provide you with more information on pricing and room availability.
DOCTOR & DENTIST
A doctor and/or dentist are available 24-hours. Please contact Reception (ext. 3400) to make an appointment or to arrange a call-out.
EMERGENCY EXITS
Emergency exits are located on both sides of the corridors on each floor and will lead you to the Park. A floor plan describing routes to the emergency exits is available on the back of the entrance door of your room.
FIRE ALARM
In case of fire, call 555 immediately or break the glass of the fire alarm located in the corridor outside your hotel room. Leave the room immediately and close the door. DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS as an escape route, but leave the building via the EMERGENCY EXITS only. Instructions on fire safety and emergency exit routes can be found on the back of your rooms' entrance door.
FIRST AID
A complete first aid kit is available at the Reception desk. In case of emergency, please call 555.
FLORIST
If you would like to send or buy a bouquet of flowers, please contact the Reception (ext. 3400).

ICE MACHINE
There is an ice machine on each floor, on the opposite side of the rooms ending with number 16. An ice bucket is available on top of the minibar in your room.
INTERNET
Free wireless connection is available in the entire hotel, all rooms and public spaces. Select the Crowne Plaza network, accept the "Terms & Conditions" on the webpage and enjoy our highspeed connection.
LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING
A same day return service for laundry and dry cleaning is available Monday to Friday. There is no service on Belgian bank holidays. Please hand your laundry to Reception before 09:00 to ensure return in your room as of 19:00. Laundry lists and bags are available in your wardrobe. The laundry list needs to be filled in and foreseen with a room number and a signature.
LOST & FOUND
For any lost or found items, please contact Housekeeping (ext. 3323).
MINIBAR
For your comfort, each room is equipped with its own minibar. The minibar is currently not stocked and we kindly invite you at our Restaurant and Bar Craft for a drink or snack. Alternatively room service is available 24/7, the menu can be found via the QR code in your room.
OUTSIDE CALLS
This hotel offers a direct-dial telephone system for both local and international calls. External calls are automatically charged. Please note that the hotel charges a connection fee of € 1,25 to national toll free numbers, except to all InterContinental Hotels Group toll free numbers.
PHARMACY
A number of pharmacies are located in the area of the hotel. Please contact our Reception team for addresses & other details (ext. 3400).
PUBLIC BUS SERVICES
All mail received at the Hotel can be found at the Reception (ext. 3400) Any outgoing mail should be given to the Reception. If you expect to receive mail after your departure from the hotel, you are kindly requested to inform our Reception team and leave us a forwarding address (charges may apply).
ROOM KEY
The hotel has a computerized key-system which ensures the security of our guests. You are kindly requested to return your key upon check-out. For security reasons additional keys and/or replacement keys will only be provided when a valid picture ID is shown.
SECURITY
Measures are taken by the hotel to guarantee your safety - the hotel and car park are monitored by high definition close circuit television cameras. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the damage or theft of items left in your room, public area or parking. Please help us by not leaving any valuables in your room or in your car. We recommend you to use the safes provided free of charge.
SHUTTLE BUS
There is a shuttle service running from and to Brussels Airport. For more information about this service, please contact the Reception by calling extension 3400. The use of the shuttle is on availability only and reservations are not accepted.
TAXIS
Taxis are available in front of the hotel most of the time. You may order a taxi in advance should you wish a guaranteed availability. Please contact the Reception by calling 3400.

AIRPORT
The Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport is a “stone’s throw” from Brussels Airport and it can easily be reached with the hotel’s shuttle bus within 10 minutes.
BABY COT
Baby cots are available from Housekeeping. Please dial extension 3323.
BUSINESS CENTER
Computers with internet access, MS Office use are available in the Business Centre located in the lobby area. The Business Centre is available 24 hours. Our colleagues at the Front Desk (ext. 3400) will be happy to assist you with all secretarial services.
CHECK OUT
You are kindly requested to leave your room before 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure. For an express check out or a late check out (charges may apply), please contact Reception (Ext. 3400).
CIGARETTES
Our hotel is fully non-smoking, in all rooms, public spaces & exit stairs. A cleaning fee of 500€ will be charged on your account if you smoke in the hotel premises.
COFFEE & TEA FACILITIES
In your room you will find complimentary facilities to make your own coffee or tea. Additional supplies are available at cost, on request from Housekeeping (ext. 3323) or from the Reception (ext. 3400).
DO NOT DISTURB
If you wish not to be disturbed, please hang the “DO NOT DISTURB” card on the outside door handle of your room. If you do not wish to be disturbed by incoming telephone calls, please inform the Reception (ext. 3400).
ELECTRICITY
The hotels' current is 220v. Please contact Reception (ext. 3400) should you need an adapter or converter. Adapters are available at Front Desk for sale. To switch on the electricity in the room, please insert the key card in the small white box at the entrance of your room. Some power points will be working even when the key card is not inserted - these sockets are clearly marked by the word “PERMANENT”.
EXTRA BEDS
Extra beds are available and may be installed upon request in most of the rooms. Please contact Housekeeping (ext. 3323) for further information. There is an extra fee for this service of € 50.00 per night.
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
Fire extinguishers are located in the corridors and are clearly marked. Report any dangerous situation by calling 555.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES
Please contact the Reception Desk for information concerning scheduled times of arrivals and departures at Brussels Airport. An information screen with upcoming flights is also provided in the hotel lobby on the ground floor (0).

NON-SMOKING HOTEL
The hotel has only non-smoking rooms. Please note that smoking in the hotel premises will lead to a cleaning fee of up to € 500,00 applied to your account. Also, if the Alarm goes off, additional charge occurs. Smoking is only allowed outside the building.
PAYMENT
We accept the following methods of payment: cash, credit cards (American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners Club and Visa), bank wire (with prior authorisation of the hotel’s accounting department). Accounts should be settled prior to departure.

Shoeshine machines are located next to the elevators on each floor.
SMOKING
Due to legal regulations in Belgium it is no longer authorised to smoke in any areas including the hotel’s lobby, bar, restaurant, function rooms, corridors, toilets and guest rooms. Smoking is only allowed outside the hotel building. A cleaning fee of 500€ will be charged on your account if you smoke in the hotel premises. We thank you for your understanding.
TERRACE
